Custom Ink collects information you choose to send through forms, email or other contact methods, such as name, company, email, phone, product interests, quantity ranges, artwork notes and project timing.
Information is used to respond to gift inquiries, prepare recommendations, clarify artwork and packaging requirements, and support related communication. We do not use inquiry details to create unrelated product claims.
Project notes may be retained to support follow-up, repeat gift planning and service continuity. Buyers may request updates to inaccurate contact or project information.
